From possibility to purpose.
After more than two decades in the recruiting industry, Michael Thompson saw firsthand that amazing, hard-working, and motivated people were being overlooked, not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked access.
He began asking a different question: What if the recruiting industry could be a force for good? What if jobs could be a solution to some of the world's biggest challenges?
That question became the foundation for TruRecruiting. A company built to connect great employers with great people, create opportunities for overlooked talent, and prove that hiring from untapped talent pipelines isn't just the right thing to do, it's also good for business.
